My New Life Goal
So I decided what I want to do with my life. Jackie Sue, you already know this, I told you like 3 years ago. When I grow up Iwant to be the host of a travel show. Before I was just kind of tossing the idea around, but now I'm starting to be more serious about it. So far its the only career that gets me excited. Everything else just doesn't really suit me. So anyone know how I would go about becoming a host for a travel show? Do you think I need to take acting lessons? god i hope not.

I think you just need to have a "tv personality" You can do that.
and you need to have friends who are fun to appear as special guests!
i bet you can do casting for the travel channel or come up with and idea for a show and pitch that. there is probably intenet based stuff either film or writing. I know sta travel has something where they contracted people to travel and report back, i get email updates about it all the time. slightly different path: there are freelance photographers who travel and sell their photographs, there are websites that allow people to do this, some people from northwestern do it.
